About The Position

We are seeking a Team Leader for our Massage Department. The ideal candidate will be a professional, licensed Massage Therapist with over two years of professional experience. This role requires a friendly, customer service-oriented individual with a team player attitude and flexibility. Basic computer knowledge is essential, and the candidate will need to be trained in the spa's specific treatments. Knowledge and experience in body treatments, scrubs, and various massage techniques/modalities are also required.

Requirements

• Must have US Work authorization
• Professional, licensed Massage Therapist with two years + of professional experience
• Friendly and customer service oriented
• Team player attitude and flexibility
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience working with a Point of Sale system (Book4Time knowledge desirable)
• Experience answering phones in a customer service environment
• Satisfactory attendance and job performance history
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Preferable supervisory experience in a high-volume customer service focused environment
• Spa/Salon experience is a plus
• Technical or Administrative Knowledge: Computer literate with good typing skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (mail, calendar, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding service excellence
• Assisting Spa Director in the generation and enhancement of revenue
• Establishing and maintaining smooth and consistent flow of general spa operations
• Managing retail store, inventory, and training
• Overseeing opening/closing duties and delegating tasks to staff to maintain company and operational standards
• Recruiting, training, staffing, and scheduling
