Requirements

One to two years’ experience, ideally.
Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
Must have reliable transportation
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
Strong problem-solving skills and able to multitask
Willing and able to coach in the moment
Proficient PC and software application skills

Nice To Haves

Previous hotel/resort experience preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and/or conduct training for all new providers, including contractors.
Supervise and monitor provider interactions with guests.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the guest treatment experience.
Provide information to all guests and providers regarding spa services, activities, and facilities. Must be knowledgeable of the Resort offerings and facilities as well.
Communicate team needs and concerns to management.
Assist with spa inventories, including Operating Supplies, Office Supplies, and Linen.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Follow and help enforce all cleaning procedures.
Perform all MOD functions, when necessary.
Attend all mandatory meetings.
