This role entails leading the global marketing efforts, driving brand visibility, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with strategic priorities. You will have a hands-on leadership position, suitable for a commercially driven marketer. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping comprehensive marketing initiatives while understanding the dynamics of the food retail landscape, ensuring integration across various platforms, and contributing to overall business success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to sales and GTM strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead marketing in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, branding, and sales enablement.
  • Industry experience in food retail, CPG, fixtures, or related sectors is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global marketing strategy, aligned with company goals.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable campaigns and content.
  • Coordinate go-to-market planning in partnership with Product Management and Sales Enablement.
  • Act as a marketing representative in executive discussions and planning meetings.
  • Manage brand architecture and messaging hierarchy across all channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, trade shows, and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy, including website, SEO, email, and paid media.
  • Guide development of content strategy — including product collateral, case studies, and videos.
  • Manage Sales Enablement as a global function: training, tools, onboarding, and feedback loops.
  • Ensure close collaboration with Regional Sales Managers for local execution.
  • Align with Product Management on value propositions, messaging, and launch readiness.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns to support launches and customer programs.
