The Lead Marketing Manager for Lifecycle & CRM will own the caregiver customer journey, driving engagement, retention, and lifetime value through key touchpoints and campaigns. This hybrid role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure personalized messaging and to communicate the impact of marketing efforts to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and refine lifecycle marketing journeys and one-off campaigns across all channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, site) to drive retention.
  • Collaborate with the provider product team to achieve shared KPIs on conversion, onboarding, and product feature awareness.
  • Own requirements for optimizing existing communications and launching new workflows to educate caregivers.
  • Maintain a source-of-truth lifecycle journey map.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to integrate customer behavior data into the marketing automation system.
  • Own and optimize over 20 existing lifecycle & behavioral journeys through testing and experimentation.
  • Act as the voice of the caregiver by crafting messaging that inspires action and writing strategic briefs for campaigns.
  • Maintain and curate reporting and dashboards to track performance against goals.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing experience and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to leverage data for decision making.
  • Ability to lead with influence and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Experience in an agile, test-and-learn environment.
  • Strong project management background and experience collaborating across departments.
  • Ability to work independently under deadline pressure.
  • Experience with marketing automation software, preferably Iterable.
