You’ll create a more intuitive user experience that empowers members to take charge of their health through informed financial decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product, growth, or digital marketing focused on digital product adoption.
  • Proven ability to develop effective messaging and strategies that guide users through a digital funnel.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs, interpreting data, and running experiments.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams for measurement framework implementation.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define value propositions, positioning, and messaging for your assigned product lines across various channels.
  • Map member journeys and identify key stages for targeted campaigns to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Build and execute go-to-market campaigns that promote product awareness within the portal and mobile app.
  • Develop and optimize channel strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Design and analyze experiments to improve conversion and reduce user drop-off.
  • Monitor and report on campaign ROI and provide actionable insights for improvement.
