Tebra is seeking a Lead Marketing & Growth Operations Analyst to advance our GTM analytics capability with a focus on demand quality, attribution, and lifecycle engagement. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Growth, and Revenue and is responsible for translating complex, multi-touch customer journeys into clear, trusted insights that guide investment decisions, funnel strategy, and long-term growth efficiency. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for an analyst who can move beyond reporting to influence decisions — surfacing tradeoffs, challenging assumptions, and driving alignment through data-backed recommendations. Success in this role looks like: improved visibility into what’s truly driving qualified demand; clearer understanding of where prospects and customers engage (or disengage); and increased confidence in where to invest — and where not to.
