HubSpot’s mission is to help millions of organizations grow better. Our Media and Content team plays an important role in achieving this mission by reaching, educating and entertaining, and converting new customers at different steps in their journey. Each month our HubSpot Media Network reaches over 50 million people through such popular content franchises as The Hustle, My First Million, Mindstream, Marketing Against the Grain and dozens of other YouTube channels, newsletters, podcasts, creator partnerships, blogs and more. Expanding the reach of our content, and meeting more audiences on their own terms, is a core part of that strategy. The Lead Marketer, Content Licensing and Business Development will support that growth by leading the licensing and packaging of top IP like My First Million, The Hustle and Marketing Against the Grain through strategic deal-making and partnerships. Using your deep understanding of, and relationships across, the media and technology landscape, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, structuring and executing new partnerships with third party content distributors: VOD, in-ride and in-flight, international distributors, print, aggregators, et al.
