BJ’s Wholesale B2B team is seeking a Market Intelligence professional to support the development, analysis, and execution of strategic business initiatives—ranging from long-range growth planning to business transformation projects. This role will be instrumental in supporting the team’s oversight of BJ’s B2B strategic planning process and identifying 'white space' opportunities across the business, along with other high-priority projects. The BJ’s B2B team is responsible for shaping strategic positions on critical long-term opportunities and challenges facing BJ’s B2B segment, and collaborates with stakeholders across merchandising, operations, digital, finance, and sales to advance key growth and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of B2B wholesale, retail, and customer engagement strategies, along with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment. Proficiency in financial statement analysis and exceptional analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
