About The Position

This position requires office presence a minimum of five days per week and is only available in the posted location(s). No relocation is offered. The Lead Market Development is responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, optimize offer costs, and accelerate net subscriber additions. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven insights, and operational excellence to deliver impactful programs across sales channels. The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships while motivating channel partners to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze offer economics.
  • Proven experience in project management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Experience in market development or channel engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Identify new opportunities and create actionable plans to capture growth.
  • Monitor and optimize offer economics to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Partner with Finance and Pricing teams to manage budgets and forecast impacts.
  • Design and execute programs that drive subscriber acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize channel performance.
  • Analyze market trends, offer performance, and channel data to inform decisions.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as revenue, cost per acquisition, and net adds.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors for program success.
  • Develop programs and communications to increase awareness and motivation within sales channels.
  • Create compelling presentations and decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee program budgets, manage invoicing, and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.
