Lead Manufacturing Technician
About The Position
As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell , you will play a crucial role in overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be vital in leading a team of technicians, optimizing production schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager, and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that we meet customer demands and maintain our commitment to quality and safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on leadership and team management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools relevant to the role.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
