About The Position

The Lead Manufacturing Specialist in Production Control at GE Aviation is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials according to production schedules. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of production experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of production planning/ERP system experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Established project management skills.
• Intermediate MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Understanding of ERP/MES systems.

• Manage master planning, material processes, and systems.
• Prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.

• Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy and strategy.
• Understand key business drivers and integrate work with other teams.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members.
