Job Title: Lead, Manufacturing Engineer (Propellant Manufacturing Engineer) Job Code: 32255 Job Location: Camden, AR Job Schedule: 4/10: Employees work 10 hours per day, 4 days a week Job Description: The Propellant Manufacturing Engineer provides engineering support for the mixing and casting of rocket motor propellants. This role involves implementing process improvements and monitoring operations and performance parameters to ensure high quality and on-time delivery. The work focuses on making significant improvements or enhancements to systems, processes, and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant engineer experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related engineer experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related engineer experience.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Computer skills sufficient to generate reports and analyze data using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Minitab.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Statistical Analysis experience.
  • Understands rocket propulsion component(s) and theory of operation.
  • Experience working with Energetics and DOD contracts.
