REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Manager Maintenance – ASC in Winston-Salem We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to oversee maintenance operations across two sites. This new role will manage a team of 6 maintenance supervisors and ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and teams to achieve production goals. Align staffing, prioritize work orders, and minimize unplanned downtime. Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., breakdowns, work orders) and drive data-based decisions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with production teams and OEM vendors for equipment upgrades and improvements. Develop training plans and foster a culture of high performance.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED + 7+ years progressive management experience (manufacturing environment).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.
  • Technical understanding of maintenance operations; electrical/controls background a plus.

  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree and project management or engineering experience
