Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience supported by subject matter training.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in project/product management, software development or relevant customer experience technologies or services.
• 1-3 years experience in an Agile environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in consumer or dealer facing software design and development.
• Knowledge of business, product performance and industry principles, practices, and procedures.
• Work experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Experience on agile teams as Business Analyst or Scrum Master.
• Experience with JIRA or similar tool.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical, organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive OEM experience helpful.
• Curious, questioning skills to gain understanding and build support.
• Ability to collect business requirements and recommend decisions on business requirements/interdependencies.
• Ability to present recommendations to varying stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and cultivate product team plans.
• Manage and prioritize backlog and product development details.
• Support Release Train and scrum team of smaller scale products via Product Increment (PI) planning.
• Prioritize and manage backlog and implementation.
• Plan product sprint cycles to deliver business value.
• Maintain quality standards and process documentation.
• Lead Product Development and Operation as Product Owner.
• Identify, assess, and manage risk to the success of the Product.
• Ensure quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure.
• Provide effective leadership to the Product team.
• Review analysis and performance monitoring for specified products.
• Contribute to the enterprise's Agile transformation.
