Summary of This Role The Lead Management Analyst will provide support for our organization by creating and managing sales campaigns that generate leads for Global Payments. This position is specifically responsible for timeliness, quality and accuracy of campaign execution & its results. Furthermore, in scope is the identification of channel and process improvement to support campaign management efficiency & effectiveness. This role will report to the Manager of our Lead Management Team and will work closely with our internal business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of how the lead process works and should be proficient in Salesforce and Excel. They must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
