About The Position

The Lead Management Analyst in Talent Management at the Department of Defense is responsible for identifying workforce trends and developing programs to enhance talent management strategies. This role involves analyzing data to improve current processes, evaluating program costs, and leading a team to implement various talent management initiatives such as recruitment, outreach, and workforce development.

Requirements

  • Secret Clearance is required.
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS11 grade level in the Federal service, including performing Talent Management studies and developing recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies workforce trends, problem areas, deficiencies, imbalances, or other similar factors to develop programs and strategies.
  • Analyzes data from multiple sources to determine improvements and establish new programs and processes.
  • Evaluates the costs of various programs and projects and briefs proposed expenditures to Leadership.
  • Serves as team leader in assigning work to employees based on priorities.
  • Develops and coordinates Talent Management programs such as Recruitment, Outreach, Hiring, Wellness, Events Planning, Workforce Development, and Training.
