Lead Managed Care Analyst - Hybrid
About The Position
This role is responsible for numerous analytic functions in the managed care department. Primary responsibility will be to oversee and ensure all financial modeling requests are completed and reported with accuracy. Ensures all analytic requests coming into the Managed Care department from internal departments are organized and completed in a timely manner, ensuring top level customer service is provided to those departments. EPIC contract updates and rate loads are completed accurately and timely. Manages all HB and PB claim and policy inquiries coming to the managed care team for research. Will work with the Director of Managed Care to identify areas of improvement in payer contracts and develop a plan to improve contract language and rate structure for each payer.
Requirements
- 3-5 years required
- Bachelor's degree required.
- EPIC Resolute Certification required.
