Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program and ARRT registered
- Must complete required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification(s) remain active
- Certified in Mammography and Breast Ultrasound, in addition to X-RAY
- Knowledge of diagnostic mammography procedures and standards
- Skilled in operation of equipment of multiple modalities
- 8 years of experience in area of specialization
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for all scanning functions of the dedicated breast center.
- Ensures necessary staffing, operation and maintenance of equipment, training of other technologists and handles inventory and ordering of supplies.
