About The Position

As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our maintenance team and oversee the maintenance and repair of our residential properties. You will bring your expertise and HVAC certification to address heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical skillset, leadership abilities, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
HVAC certification is required.
Proven experience in maintenance and repair work orders.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of general maintenance techniques, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Trade school or vocational training is a plus.
