Lead Maintenance Worker

Requirements
- Minimum of one year previous maintenance experience is preferred .
- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
- Must possess broad knowledge base of HVAC, general preventative maintenance, repair, construction, electrical, plumbing needs.
- Must present a well groomed appearance.
- Must be at least twenty-one years of age.
- Must possess basic math and computer skills.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Must be able to stand for entire shift.
- Must be able to converse over the telephone in an environment with loud background noise.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 100 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to stoop, bend and reach.
- Must have the manual dexterity required to write and operate computer.
- Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must be able to simultaneously handle the demands of many customers.
- When on casino floor, must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.

Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
- Keep assigned areas clean and well maintained.
- HVAC knowledge and previous experience using, diagnosing, and fixing commercial HVAC equipment
- Daily task list for property quality checks i.e, F&B refrigerator temps, ice machines, etc., all inclusive list provided.
- Ability to use and operate multiple classifications of tools and equipment.
- Be on-call for property maintenance emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records for repairs, preventative maintenance, supply ordering, outside contracting and incident tracking.
- Ability to communicate with and meet needs of all departments.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, extreme heat, heights, and in dimly lit areas.
- Protect the integrity of the company by identifying and maintaining safety standards in accordance with all governing regulations.
- Clean biohazards as necessary using proper safety precautions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
