Requirements

• 7–15 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including advanced troubleshooting of automated equipment.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor a team of technicians, assign tasks, and ensure completion under tight deadlines.
• Strong skills in electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting are highly preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts on a 6 PM – 6 AM rotating schedule.
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a team-first attitude.
• Stable work history—no job hoppers. Consistent, long-term employment in previous roles is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or trade school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and performing advanced maintenance tasks to ensure continuous operation of complex manufacturing equipment.
• Supervising and mentoring maintenance staff on shift, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Assisting with equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements.
• Monitoring shift performance, prioritizing tasks, and reporting key metrics to management.
• Collaborating with production teams to ensure machines are running efficiently and safely.
