About The Position

The position is responsible for all steps involved in producing the final product to be delivered to consumers. This includes activities such as production, planning, engineering, and maintenance. The role also involves executing facilities maintenance and upkeep according to predefined specifications, identifying, diagnosing, and repairing machinery and building systems as needed in a timely manner, while ensuring that facility disruption is kept to a minimum.

Requirements

• Ability to support large teams and/or mid-size or major projects/programs/external customers.
• Ability to work autonomously within established practices and procedures.
• Ability to solve complex problems with little or no precedent.

• Experience in providing guidance, coaching, and direction for teammates.
• Knowledge of process improvements.
