This role involves creating work schedules, keeping production and employee records, monitoring employees, and ensuring work is done correctly and on time. The Lead Person organizes workers' activities, makes necessary adjustments to ensure uninterrupted work, trains new workers, and ensures a safe working environment. Responsibilities include working with contractors, leading repair and improvement projects, and maintaining manufacturing equipment (such as CNC Laser Cutting, Welding Equipment, and Abrasive Blasting Equipment) as well as facilities equipment and systems (like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression & detection, and various mechanical devices). Daily duties encompass emergency and preventive maintenance and assisting engineers with process and machinery improvements.
