Lead Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Maxx Properties is hiring a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Station on Central Apartments in Phoenix! Our employees are truly what makes this a great company. As a Lead Maintenance Technician, each day will be different than the other. A day in the life includes but is not limited to: Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.) Perform on-call emergency service as required Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris About Maxx Properties: MAXX Properties owns and manages multifamily apartment communities in six states nationwide. Requirements
- 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
- Moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
- Energetic, responsible and organized
- A true team-player mentality
Nice To Haves
- EPA Universal is preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
- Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
- Perform on-call emergency service as required
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
- Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
