Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is a must.
• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience required; 2+ years of hotel or industrial experience preferred.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as Skyjack, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
• Skilled in facility equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Solid understanding of basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team to achieve operational goals.
• Strong listening abilities and sound judgment in decision-making.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of hotel or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance staff, assigning tasks, completing and closing out work orders, conducting daily inspections, and supervising necessary repairs
• Identify equipment requiring repairs, adjustments, or replacements, while maintaining logbooks and ensuring proper upkeep
• Ensure all equipment and work areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
• Stay up to date on the latest techniques and advancements in maintenance practices
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and accident prevention at all times
