This position is responsible for maintaining the physical condition, safety, and overall appearance of the community while providing outstanding customer service.This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional who takes pride in the community, responds with urgency to maintenance needs, and leads by example in maintaining high operational standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50–100 pounds occasionally and perform physical labor.
  • 3–5 years maintenance experience preferred with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier customer service to residents
  • Assign and complete maintenance service requests efficiently
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
  • Perform routine inspections and document results
  • Prepare vacant homes for new residents
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with management
  • Manage inventory within budget
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs
  • Maintain community systems and report issues
  • Perform grounds maintenance and cleanliness tasks
  • Assist with weather-related preparation and cleanup
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies
