Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
  • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues.
  • Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and budgets.
