Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues.
- Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and budgets.
