The Lead Maintenance Technician assists in performing all aspects of maintenance and repair work on all mechanical, structural, and electrical equipment and systems on assigned locations. This role involves receiving direction from the Maintenance Manager, leading a team of technicians, conducting inspections, making major repairs, and responding to emergency facility needs. The technician is responsible for maintaining a safe facility environment and ensuring the upkeep of equipment.
