We are currently seeking skilled and reliable bi-lingual Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at 300 East Seventeenth Apartments. Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
• Bi-lingual in Spanish
• Moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• Energetic, responsible and organized
• A true team-player mentality

Nice To Haves

• EPA Universal is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
