About The Position

We are working with an established Precision Engineering Company based in Menomonee Falls, WI . They are recruiting for an Lead Maintenance Technician to join their team on days in return for a salary in the region of $40 - 47 p/h along with shift differential, excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance, ideally within manufacturing
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, manuals, and safety rules
• Preferred experience in both mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE and physical demands such as standing, kneeling, or handling tools for extended periods
• Licenses to operate lifts or powered industrial equipment a plus
• 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
• CNC Machine Repair
• Maintenance and Repair Skills

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience in both mechanical and electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues including motors, controls
• Replace bearings, rewire motors, and test/verify repairs on automated systems
• Maintaining CNC Machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated maintenance issues
• Welding and fabrication
• Machinery installations and assembly
• Conducting preventative and reactive machinery maintenance
• Read schematics and maintenance manuals to perform repairs and installations
