The Lead Maintenance Technician is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the physical aspect of our apartment community meets the company’s standards and applicable laws in the areas of inspection, maintenance and repair. In this role, the individual will oversee an on-site maintenance technician and lead the team in the diagnosis and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, dry-walling, exterior structural, and appliance repair. This is a Full-Time position with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM, with a rotating on call schedule.
