Laurel Heights Hospital is a 112-bed facility located in Atlanta Ga. HVAC CERTIFICATION preferred. Must have oral communication skills, legible handwriting. The Lead Maintenance Tech must be able to to concentrate on task in high traffic area and able to keep information highly confidential. Must be capable to meet deadlines and set priorities/skills in dealing courteously with the public and with patients within the organization. The Lead Maintenance Tech will work with minimal supervision and have understanding that safety is as important as well as job completion. Key elements of this role is to be flexible and have ability to work closely with patients and staff in a caring and supportive style. Requirements
