About The Position
The Maintenance Lead is a working supervisor responsible for ensuring the team repairs and maintains production equipment with a high level of urgency and effective communication with his operational peers and the maintenance team. They are part of the workforce as an additional resource and possess an expert skill level in troubleshooting equipment failures. This includes coordinating and communicating with operations the necessary time estimations to make effective and quality repairs as a team to achieve the same KPI goals.
