Lead Maintenance HVAC
About The Position
The Joplin Apartments is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to join their team. This role involves promptly responding to and completing residential service requests, addressing maintenance issues related to A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Key responsibilities also include preparing vacant apartments for market readiness through necessary repairs and improvements, as well as performing snow removal, cleaning, and general maintenance of the grounds and common areas. The successful candidate will be expected to provide outstanding customer service to residents.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, unit turns, vendor relations
- EPA Certification
- CPO Certification
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
