About The Position

They are hiring a Full-time Lead Maintenance Assistant for their Atlanta community, located near Grant Park. This role will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in supporting Plant Operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of Two years of Maintenance experience required
- Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and physical plant upkeep
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Ability to assist in supporting Safety and Emergency Preparedness for community
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to foster team work with coworkers
- Strong organization and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- One year of Maintenance experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community preferred
- Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
- Knowledge of health care regulations pertaining to Federal/State/JCAHO surveys preferred
- Experience working with TELS Building Management system preferred
