About The Position

Schedule: B1 Thursday thru Saturday with alternating Wednesdays 5am-5pm Primary Responsibilities: Ensure the Production line Graders are following all Mastronardi safety policies and procedures. Lead a group of 16 to ensure tasks are done in a timely manner Ensure production quality of our produce meets customer specifications. Assign Graders to a specific line per play sheet, assist in rotating Graders throughout the Unit. Communicate pack quantities to ensure there are no production overages. Assist and support the Production Administrators to ensure a smooth product changeover process. Work within the Unit to improve efficiencies and packing to specifications. Coach, train and mentor Graders; escalating any performance concerns to Supervisor.

Requirements

Proficiency in use of English language with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally is required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years work experience in a warehouse/production line environment.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated problem solving and attention to detail.
Must be able to work in our refrigerated warehouse with 50° F temperature-controlled zones.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. with or without accommodation
Position requires sitting, standing, walking and bending, squatting, and crawling on a regular basis

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a line lead in a production environment is a plus.
