About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3rd Shift (Monday PM - Saturday AM) (9:00 PM - 5:30 AM) Lead Machine Operator to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring product quality, while leading and motivating a team of production employees. This position has an hourly rate of $22.00 with a $.50 shift differential in addition to eligibility to receive a quarterly 3% Operational bonus!
