  • Analyze user behavior and apply machine learning algorithms to optimize content consumption and advertisers' marketing outcomes.
  • Understand product objectives and machine learning techniques to improve model and recommendation strategy for the ad delivery system.
  • Design and apply machine learning algorithm and recommendation strategies to improve users' experience on platform and content, including videos and livestreams.
  • Work with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and other engineers to deliver features to drive the user growth of products.
  • Build an industry leading recommendation system and develop highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning.
  • Build full-stack search engine system and combine information retrieval technology with modern machine learning methods from related fields such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), and recommender system.
  • Conduct offline and online experiments, analyze according data and evaluate to improve algorithms and strategies.
  • Mentor junior Machine Learning Engineers and interns.
  • Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
  • Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Using SQL and Spark to perform large-scale dataset analysis, including statistical, user behavior, probability distribution, and time series analyses;
  • Coding using Python or C++;
  • Utilizing at least one of the following mainstream deep learning programming framework: TensorFlow, Caffe, or MXNet;
  • Utilizing deep learning algorithms in large-scale distributed recommendation systems; and
  • Building and optimizing main components, models, or strategies in e-commerce system or AD delivery system, including bidding, ranking, and auction.
