About The Position

E-Logic is seeking a Lead M365 Developer to support the Division of Global Health Protection focused on designing, developing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions. This role will provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and oversight for M365-based solutions while ensuring compliance with federal security and data protection standards. The Lead Developer will act as the primary technical authority, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and program leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Requirements

7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 development.
Strong expertise in: SharePoint Online (SPFx).
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Microsoft Teams integrations.
Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AD).
Strong understanding of federal security and compliance frameworks.
Experience leading technical teams and projects.
Proficiency in REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise M365 solutions (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, OneDrive).
Provide technical direction and mentorship to M365 Developers.
Architect solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Oversee integrations between M365 and external systems (APIs, Azure services).
Ensure compliance with federal security standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, CUI handling).
Define development standards, governance, and best practices.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and roadmap planning.
Review code, enforce quality standards, and ensure performance optimization.
Support deployment, release management, and lifecycle maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, COR, and program leadership to ensure deliverables align with contract objectives.
