About The Position

The M&A / Corporate Development team at Compass partners with our executive team and business leaders to drive growth and expansion into new markets and new lines of business. As a Lead of Mergers and Acquisitions & Corporate Development you will drive the M&A deal process, including valuation, deal structuring, diligence, and integration. You will report to the Senior Manager, M&A, to acquire high quality companies across our business lines. You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own deals and will have the authority and autonomy to make a direct impact on the company. You will also be asked to complete other impactful projects directly for the executive team. Please note: this role is 100% in-office in our HQ NYC Office.
