Role Summary: The Lead Lot Attendant is responsible for ground-level operational excellence at their designated yard. This role involves managing daily operational tasks, maintaining site safety and security, and providing exceptional customer service. The Lead Lot Attendant will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on customer behavior and regional economic trends, supporting the Regional Director in strategic decision-making while directly overseeing yard-level activities.
