About The Position

Knob Hill is looking for a Lead Line Cook to join the team. This position is perfect for an experienced cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of grill, sauté, and fry stations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the line during service, ensuring food is prepared to standard and plated consistently.
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization.
• Maintain a clean and efficient workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the kitchen team and communicate effectively with BOH and FOH staff.
• Help train and mentor line cooks as needed.
