Your commitment to preparing and delivering the highest quality food, product standards, sanitation, and safety will ensure that every person’s dining experience is extraordinary, every time. As a Lead Line Cook you will have the opportunity to train and lead others in the culinary arts. This provides a pathway to greater roles in the kitchen as well as other opportunities in other departments.

Requirements

• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid food handler's card
• Have at least three years' experience working in a high-volume kitchen
• Be willing to work weekends and some holidays
• Speaks, reads and writes English in order to understand and follow directions and written orders
• Have experience managing teams of 5 or more people
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
