Position Overview Join the culinary team at Crooked Tree Tavern, where mountain views meet fresh, flavorful dining! As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality food preparation, precise execution, and teamwork in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen. In this hands-on, seasonal position, you’ll be part of a collaborative crew dedicated to crafting delicious dishes that fuel adventure and embody the spirit of Mt. Hood Meadows. From prepping ingredients and managing ticket flow to maintaining top-notch sanitation and safety standards, you’ll take pride in every plate you serve. This is a full-time, benefitted, year-round position
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 2-years culinary experience or formal culinary education
- 1 year leadership experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be available to work evening, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation for winter driving conditions
- Current Oregon Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe Certification
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
