Requirements

5 or more years experience in a high volume kitchen
Previous Lead kitchen or greater experience
Wanting to grow into or get back to a Sous Chef role
A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
Must have an accommodating attitude
Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time

Responsibilities

Possesses thorough knowledge of food a menu in order to answer all questions from staff
Rotation of hot and cold stations
Daily prep for the day and week
Learning and execution of menu offerings
Performs opening and closing side work
Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times
