About The Position
Chula Seafood Uptown is fishing for a skilled, hardworking Lead Line Cook to join our fish fam. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring the energy, set the pace, and take pride in every plate—while helping guide the team during busy shifts. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of line cook experience
- Leadership qualities and ability to set the tone during service
- Attention to detail, a clean and organized work style
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced kitchen
- Positive attitude and a passion for food
Nice To Haves
- Strong knife skills a plus (but we’ll train the right person)
