About The Position

Salted is the largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States, focusing on making better-for-you, clean-label, plant-driven, and delicious food accessible. The company is building the next generation of the restaurant industry. This role is for a Lead Line Cook to join their innovative culinary journey, responsible for preparing and cooking food to high standards, maintaining sanitation, collaborating with the virtual Front of House team, and assisting in staff training and development.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process.
• Assist in the training and development of staff members.
• Facilitate smooth team dynamics by addressing and resolving minor conflicts among staff, fostering a harmonious work atmosphere.
