This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the SITA GNCC team. The role is an L3/Expert/SME role, responsible for building and deploying the service configuration including operational fault management for SITA SDWAN managed solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting LAN, WAN and SD-WAN solutions to resolve our customers' technical issues. The candidate will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. The ability to work in a complex networking environment is also preferred.
