About The Position
Novant Health Sleep Medicine - Ballantyne is seeking a full-time LPN Lead! The role of the LPN Lead is to provide non-clinical and clinical duties in practice under the direction of the practice manager within his or her scope.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program required.
- Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement, required.
- Experience in the physician office practice setting, required.
- Current LPN licensure in appropriate state, required.
- Successful completion of generic and department-specifics skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support.
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities
- Perform standard LPN duties, including patient care and clinical support
- Monitor and maintain adequate supply levels
- Count, order, and manage vaccines and medications
- Provide coaching and support to team members
- Assist with attendance tracking and approve PTO requests
