Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of legal experience
- JD degree required
- Experience in the fintech payments industry
- Strong skills in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Admission to at least one US state bar
- Basic understanding of privacy laws and regulations
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a high volume of contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements
- Collaborate with legal and internal teams to provide legal counsel on new projects
- Assist with special projects to support the legal department
- Work with external legal advisors as necessary
